Project Overview
Challenge
Conducting interviews, research, personas, paper and digital wireframing, low and high-fidelity prototyping, conducting usability studies, iterating on designs.
Our goal and challenge in this case study was to find out the user pain points and try to address them. We conducted interviews with physiotherapists and patients and some insights.
We then created empathy maps and proto personas. We then drafted the problem statement and set some assumptions.

Now that we have the problem statement, we moved forward to the next step - Design Studio. Each one of the team member brought amazing ideas when we were doing the crazy 6s and then we narrowed down to 3 panel sketch after voting. I created user journeys and task flows then moving forward to wireframing.

Once we had the wireframes, we conducted a usability tests and got some insightful infos. We iterated on the design and made the hi-fi prototypes.
We conducted a second round of usability tests and considered changing some of the user flows on the basis of the insights.
Solution
The app helps physiotherapist to conduct ROM assessments on patients as well as access generated report of their patients under one roof. This makes physiotherapist's job easy since they don't have to take down notes anymore and they can focus more on the patients.
